First Women Humanoid Robot

Kerala State Police have created history by becoming one of the world's first and very first police force in the country to admit First Women Humanoid Robots in Kerala police force.

This Humanoid Robot called KP-Bot(Robotic Police Officer) is designed to provide Round-the-Clock-Service, to involve Public interface and to overcome the limitations of humans.

                                                                               

Major Duties assigned to KP-Bots are:-

  • Meet and greet the officers through Face Recognition.
  • Meet and greet visitors, and guide them to the appropriate sections in police headquarters.
  • Provides detailed and accurate information on procedures related to services.
  • Collect information about visitor's to fix appointments and issue the visitor ID's.
  • Create a case file on the complaint as detailed by visitors.
